Judy Ann Tanner

Judy Ann Tanner, the daughter of Frank H. Jr. and Vernice L. (Kuehnast) Tanner, was born on July 1, 1951, in Fort Dodge, Iowa.  She was raised and educated in Eagle Grove, graduating from Eagle Grove High School, “Class of 1970”.

        Judy was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove.

        Judy retired from the West Liberty Country Club after working there for 23 years.

        She passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018, at Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion, at the age of 67 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

       Survivors include her five siblings: Ron Tanner and wife Sharon of Eagle Grove, Barb Tanner of Clarion; Bill Tanner and wife Cindy of Miami, OK; Tom Tanner and wife Luanne of Webster City and Chris Tanner and wife Stefani of Urbandale and several nieces, nephews and great nephews.

       Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018, 10:30 a.m. at Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove with Pastor Mark Peterson of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church officiating.  Visitation is Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Foust Funeral Home, Eagle Grove.  Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. 

      Memorials may be directed to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
