June Lizzie Wolff Hunt was born on March 17, 1932, in Eagle Grove, Iowa, to Otto H. and Lizzie (Beehrnsen) Wolff, Sr. She was raised and educated in the area of her birth.
On October 12, 1956, June was united in marriage to Chester A. Hunt, Jr. in Clarion. The couple made their home in Eagle Grove.
June enjoyed embroidery, gardening and growing popcorn.
June passed away on October 31, 2019, at Rotary Senior Living in Eagle Grove, at the age of 87 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Chester; daughter, Mary Lou (Hunt) Howell; sons, Jerry Sparks and Gerald Dean Doyle and brother, Albert H. Wolff.
June is survived by her daughter, Pamela Jean (Hunt) Manning of West Virginia; son, Chester A. Hunt III of Humboldt; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and sister, Betty Koob of Eagle Grove.
