Rose C. (Williams) Donaldson

Rose Donaldson passed away at her home on January 2nd 2019, at the age of 75 years.

     Rosetta Carol Williams was born on August 1st, 1943 to Edwin and Irma Williams in Hubbard Iowa.

     Rose was married to Larry Donaldson November 30th,, 1963.  They were very lucky to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary November 30th, 2013.  Rose was preceded in death by Larry Donaldson on September 22nd, 2014.

     Rose was liked by everyone she met.  Her smile would light up a room and she was feisty as all get out when she wanted to be.

     Between her years cooking at Rotary Ann, 27 years at the Villager / Family Table to managing Jake's Pizza and just last week was still serving food at B&S, at 75 she could still control a room full of hungry people all by herself.

     We, her girls, are still trying to figure out how this happened so fast as we just spent an amazing four days with her over New Year's.

     Mom will be missed so very much by so many.

     Survivors include daughter, Michelle Evans (Dave) of Prole, Iowa and their sons, Hunter and Colby; her daughter, Kristina Donaldson and her children, Keleigh and Nathan Donaldson of Goldfield, Iowa; her sister, Donna Hand (Delvin) of Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Fran Spadin (Dick) of Waterloo and many nieces and nephews.

    Visitation will be held at Foust Funeral Home on Sunday, January 6th, 2019 from 3 to 5.

    Memorials may be directed to discretion of the family.
