Rhonda Rae Kerch

Rhonda Rae Kerch, the daughter of Richard and Judy (Bohonek) Kerch, was born on April 9, 1975, in Fort Dodge, Iowa.  She weighed 1lb 12oz and was taken  immediately to Des Moines, where she spent her first 303 days before coming home to Eagle Grove.  She was raised and educated in the area of his birth and graduated in 1994.   

     Rhonda loved all animals and had a special place in her heart for horses.  She spent many years active in 4-H, attending the Wright County and Iowa State Fairs.

      Rhonda passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at the age of 46 years.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Raymond Bohonek, Irvin Tokheim, June Bohonek Tokheim and Karl and Ida Kerch and her father, Richard. 

      Rhonda is survived by her mother, Judy Kerch of Eagle Grove; brother, Jeff Kerch of Eagle Grove; nephew, Clayton Kerch; niece Karly Kerch; significant other, Rafe Waddell of Belmond; aunts, Lynette Burger of Eagle Grove and Maureen Locke (Bill) of Eagle Grove; uncle, Raymond Bohonek (Betty)of Fort Wayne, IN and cousins: Scott, Kelly, Kory, Justin, Jared, Katie, Jakson, Colten, Jim and Mike.

      Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021, 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service time at Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove with Pastor Jason Cooper, officiating.  Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.

     Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
